A converted warehouse fitted out as offices — glazed meeting rooms, a stone-look kitchenette, polished concrete floors and exposed services.
The project
The warehouse shell stayed on show: exposed ceilings, services and polished concrete. Inside it, black-framed glazed meeting rooms and timber-lined walls create quieter spaces, and a long kitchenette anchors the open-plan floor. Staging lets the tenant keep working throughout.
