FAQ
About quotes and pricing
Am I buying anything by submitting this?
No. There is no checkout and no payment anywhere on this website. Your quote list is a way of telling us what you're interested in — we come back with confirmed pricing and availability, and payment, delivery or pickup is arranged with you directly afterwards.
Are the prices on the site what I'll pay?
They're indicative catalogue prices, and they're honest ones — but final pricing depends on quantities, finishes, stock at the time, delivery and whether you want it installed. That's exactly what the quote confirms.
Is the quote free?
Yes — quotes and site visits are free and carry no obligation. We'd rather you compare us properly.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day. Materials lists are usually priced the same or next day; build quotes take longer because they need a site visit.
Can I buy materials without using you for the build?
Yes, and plenty of customers do. Choose 'Supply only' on the form. Trade and owner-builders get the same pricing.
What if what I need isn't in the catalogue?
Ask anyway. The catalogue is a fraction of what we can source — put the details in the notes field and we'll price it.
