New homes · Mid-range
Demolition, slab and frame for a two-storey replacement home — shown mid-build, with scaffolding up and roof sheeting on.
The project
Frame stage is where a written program earns its keep. With the slab down and the frame standing, roofing goes on, windows follow, and the house reaches lock-up — each stage tied to a progress claim.
